What is twoxtwo®?
twoxtwo® is a Food for Special Medical Purposes, scientifically formulated by Australian surgeons, dietitians and nutritionists to support patients undergoing or recovering from metabolic surgery. It is two formulas, taken across the day, used under the care of your healthcare professional.
Is twoxtwo® a meal replacement or a weight-loss product?
No. twoxtwo® is a Food for Special Medical Purposes for the dietary management of patients around metabolic surgery. It is not a meal replacement and not a weight-loss product, and it should only be used as directed by your healthcare professional.
Will I just be living on shakes?
No, and that is the point of how twoxtwo® is designed. It works alongside real food, not instead of it. Your dietitian builds one customised meal into your day, so you can enjoy a sit-down meal.
Using twoxtwo®
Do I need a healthcare professional to use twoxtwo®?
Yes. twoxtwo® is provided through your dietitian or doctor and used under their supervision. They know your recovery stage and guide how it fits your individual plan.
How do I prepare it?
Pour one sachet into 350ml of cold water, whisk or shake until fully dissolved, and drink within four hours. Your healthcare professional will advise when and how it fits your day.
How is the protocol meant to work?
A sachet in the morning, a sachet in the evening, and one real meal in between, designed with your dietitian and suited to your stage of recovery. Two parts come from us. One part is yours.
Are there allergens I should know about?
Yes. twoxtwo® contains milk, soy, and traces of fish, and is made in a facility that also handles nuts. The AM formula also contains caffeine. Always read the label and check with your healthcare professional if you have an allergy or intolerance before consuming.
Who should not use twoxtwo®?
twoxtwo® is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for minors. It is not suitable as a sole source of nutrition or for parenteral use. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare professional, and read the full label before use.

How do I get access to purchase?
Your healthcare professional enables your access. Once you are verified, you can log in and order through the website. If you do not yet have access, speak with your dietitian or doctor.
Can anyone buy twoxtwo®?
No. Purchasing is reserved for verified patients and approved healthcare providers. You can browse the site freely, but checkout is available only to verified accounts. This is part of how a Food for Special Medical Purposes is meant to be supplied.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched within [dispatch timeframe], with estimated delivery of [delivery estimate] depending on your location. You will receive tracking once your order is on its way.
What is your returns policy?
For health and safety reasons we do not accept change-of-mind returns on this product. If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
