Consumed in the morning. 31 grams of hydrolysed whey protein contains all nine essential amino acids, alongside the vitamins, minerals, essential fats, fibre, and probiotics shared by both formulas. Two ingredients are unique to the morning: L-carnitine and caffeine from coffee.

Taken later in the day. The same 31 grams of hydrolysed whey protein contains all nine essential amino acids, and the same vitamins, minerals, essential fats, fibre, and probiotics. Stimulant-free, with inositol in place of the caffeine and L-carnitine found in the morning.
