The evening formula. twoxtwo® PM is the second half of the daily protocol, stimulant-free for later in the day, used alongside your AM formula and one real meal designed with your dietitian.
It shares the same foundation as the morning: 31 grams of hydrolysed whey protein from New Zealand grass-fed cows, all nine essential amino acids, the same panel of vitamins and minerals at roughly a third of the daily reference intake, essential fats, dietary fibre, and the two live cultures, Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. In place of the morning's caffeine and L-carnitine, the evening formula is caffeine-free and includes inositol.
twoxtwo® is a Food for Special Medical Purposes, for use under medical supervision. Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition.
Contains milk and soy, and traces of fish. No added sugar.

How to use
Pour one sachet into 350ml of cold water, shake until fully dissolved, and drink within four hours.
Take your twoxtwo® AM in the morning and your twoxtwo® PM later in the day, alongside one real meal designed with your dietitian, and suited to your stage of recovery. Your healthcare professional will guide how the protocol fits your day.
