Both formulas share the same foundation: 31 grams of hydrolysed whey protein from New Zealand grass-fed cows, all nine essential amino acids, a considered panel of vitamins and minerals at roughly a third of the daily reference intake, essential fats including omega-3 and omega-6, dietary fibre, and two live cultures, Lactobacillus gasseri and Lactobacillus rhamnosus.

AM · Morning — Made for the start of the day. Includes caffeine from coffee, around 50 milligrams per serve, with L-carnitine and choline. Contains milk, soy and caffeine, and traces of fish.
PM · Evening — Stimulant-free for later in the day. Caffeine-free, with inositol in place of the morning's caffeine and L-carnitine. Contains milk and soy, and traces of fish.
Made in a facility that also processes nuts.

How to use
Pour one sachet into 350ml of cold water, shake until fully dissolved, and drink within four hours.
Take your twoxtwo® AM in the morning and your twoxtwo® PM later in the day, alongside one real meal designed with your dietitian, and suited to your stage of recovery. Your healthcare professional will guide how the protocol fits your day.
